1. When do I get the keys?
The day your lease starts. A full month’s rent and any other required funds are due at the time you pick up keys.

4. How do I get my mail?
Take your lease to the nearest post office to get your mailbox key.

5. When is rent due??
Rent is due in our office on the first day of the month – even when the first is over a weekend or on a holiday.

6.Can I pay rent online?
Yes. Click here to make an online payment. Online payments must be initiated on or before the first day of the month to be “on time”.

7. How much is the late fee?
10% of monthly rent. Late rent and late fee must be paid with cashier’s check or money order.

8. Do I need renter’s insurance?
Yes.

9.Do I get a statement every month?
You will receive an email if you owe more than your monthly rent amount. We do not mail statements.

10. What happens if my check bounces?
10% of monthly rent. Late rent and late fee must be paid with cashier’s check or money order.

11. Can my friend move-in with me?
Yes, once or twice per year. You will be notified in writing when we schedule an inspection.

12. Do I need renter’s insurance?
Anyone who will be living at the house must be on the lease. They must submit an application for evaluation. A new lease must be signed with all tenants names before anyone can move-in. There is a lease change fee.
